Μina Zoulovits

Mina specializes in the handling of corporate and business issues, having served as the senior legal advisor of several Greek and multinational companies  (online & mobile sale of products and services, applications, marketplaces, social networks, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, food & agricultural products etc).

She also consults ambitious start ups with innovative ideas on their legal strategy and operations dynamic. She has high level experience in corporate governance as well as in handling complex corporate transactions (acquisitions, drafting of bonds, SPAs, mergers, stock options plans etc).She has participated in various deals related to innovation investments, representing either the VC’s or private equity side or in other occasions the side of the candidate company and she has vast experience in handling the relevant negotiations and in closing the deals.

She is also very experienced in dealing with legal issues related to e-government and she has participated as the senior legal advisor on e-government projects and committees for issues such as e-invoicing, e-prescription system, electronic signatures, the issuance of electronic public documents, the E-Government Policy Framework etc. In addition she has participated as a member in law making Committees. Mina’s team co-operates with Legal 500 international law firms for the provision of international expert law services in the EU, US, Asia and the Middle East, as well as for acting on the behalf of international clients in the Greek market. She also provides her legal assistance to the Greek E-Commerce Association (GRECA). 

Mina is also teaching Regulatory Framework at the Athens Information Technology (AIT) Master Program MBIT and she cooperates with various Universities, Institutes and Associations (ELTRUN, ALBA etc) to help enhance the spreading and the understanding of the legal issues related to the Internet, to the New Technologies and to Innovation. She participates as a pro-bono mentor and educator in various startup accelerators and incubators programs and she is often a guest speaker in international and local Conferences on legal matters related to the field of her expertise
