BRIEF CURRICULUM VITAE
Nikolaos Kyriazis is a Partner in the Law Firm "Filotheidis-Karampatzaki-Kiriazis" and an Athens lawyer since 1992. He was previously a partner at "Stelios Babas & Partners" Law office, specialized at Public, Corporate, Commercial and Criminal Law. At the beginning of his career, he has also worked as Assistant to solicitor at "INGLEDEW, BROWN, BENNISSON & GARRETT" (City of London) specialized at maritime law and marine insurance.
He has extensive experience in Contracts, Commercial, Banking and especially in Mergers - Acquisitions - Privatizations, restructuring, corporate and shipping finance, sale and purchase, joint ventures and regulatory compliance. He has handled civil, commercial and criminal disputes of major economic substance at all levels of the judiciary with emphasis on shareholder disputes, unfair competition, fraud, fraud, fraudulent trading, money laundering, torts, cross-border electronic fraud and security breaches, cybercrime as well as cross-border disputes in all the above fields and enforcement within and outside the EU. He has extensive in-court experience before the Greek Courts including numerous support of cases up to the Supreme Court.
